  • ARBK registration is legally fee-free for standard commercial formations.
Step 4: Tax Activation (TAK / ATK) & Beneficial Ownership Reporting β–Ό
  • Register the corporate profile on the TAK EDI platform for monthly income tax, pension contributions, and VAT filings.
  • Register ultimate beneficial owners in accordance with Law No. 08/L-029 on Beneficial Ownership.
  • Notify the municipal tax authority for local business activity assessments where applicable.
